an older article. My dad caught some of these correlations since he just started watching BSG, googled up this website, and sent it to me.

For the most part it's correct. Some parts of this guys' observations are definitely stretching it quite a bit, other parts seem really pretty accurate.

Article also suggests (which makes sense in the context) that Galactica is going to come on modern-day Earth, not future Earth.
