people have been saying many conflicting things about the new water shield and making it seem a lot more complicated then it is. so I went on the ptr and checked it out for myself.

there's no cooldown, theres nothing more then what you see here. they say its not a buff its just a change but for fights like illidan and archimonde that make it proc when you arent even getting hit, its a pretty huge buff.
