Not even gonna hint at spoilers for those of you that haven't seen it yet. But I loved how they started the show, and how it ended. So glad this show is back.

Whoa, I dunno about that. Walking Dead is a great show, but Lost and BSG are still tops imho. The endings for both may have been a slight letdown, but they were incomparably epic. Walking Dead needs a few more seasons before it can even enter the conversation. And even then, it needs to address and resolve the virus from a scientific perspective -- something the creators of the show have outright said they don't plan on addressing.

yea BSG is so fucking amazing except for that whole writers strike it had. Stargate universe could have been just as good as BSG if they kept it going instead of killing it. i hate syfy

Dexter has gotten a little tired for me. Breaking Bad has become, what I think, might be the best show I have ever seen. Lost can go fuck itself after that ending, and BSG COULD have been that show except for the end. Walking Dead is good, but not the best for sure.

Also, everyone at SyFy needs to get AIDS.

I'd actually point the blame at the rest of America :/. Those shows are so expensive to make compared to the reality trash/2.5 men/Animal Practice...and then nobody watches them because most people have bad taste.

Walking Dead is great but for some reason I never grew attached to the characters like I did with BSG, Lost and 24 so I'm not planning my week around where I'm going to be next Sunday like I used to for those shows.

Gogan more concerned about the science of a fantasy virus then the struggle for survival leads me to believe you wouldn't survive long.

And you are right i forgot the best show in history was Star Trek the next generation. Everything else can suck it.

Yep that's my top current show. The 2nd episode of season 2 had me yelling at the TV like a black person at the movies.

I've heard that show is pretty good, i might have to check it out.

I honestly think this is because they kill off people quite often so it's hard to get attached to characters if they wont be there next week.

I really thought SGU was going to be the new sci-fi (not syfy) mega-show for this decade :(

I also really like how Walking Dead the show kind of spun off into its own parallel universe and didn't write the scripts directly out of the comics.
