Not a huge shock. Very technologically developed, more densely populated, and span a *much* smaller geographical area, making things like fiber optic so much more feasible and realistic than in the U.S. Bet you can do pretty cool things when the average connection speed in the area is 61mbps.

The U.S. should only be partially colored in due to the major cities. Bumblefuck nowhere places like Kansas should be as colorless as Africa. We've got essentially two options. In one scenario we get shafted in service, the other is for 'dem rich folk.
