It's a giant sandbox. Multiplayer is pretty badass, and the single player is some of the best shit I've played in ages. You get to fucking ride around on a horse and rape the shit out of people.
You can also hogtie nuns, drag them around on your horse and put them on the railroad tracks to be hit by a train. Shit it's even an achievement to do so.
