Hell yeah. Some questions/comments:
1) Mobo's fine. Is SLI a high priority? Could easily shave $100 off that if a single video card solution will work for ya.
2) CPU's great, I'm using the 6000+ myself and it owns faces.
3) RAM is also good.
4) Video card's solid if you plan to play games aside from WoW. Otherwise the 512MB model of the 8800GT would do just fine.
5) HD's good.
6) Antec's TruPowers have taken a bit of a dive in the past couple years. The one you listed *should* be solid but I've lost a little faith in 'em. If you're running with a mid tower, I recommend
this PSU. I use it myself and it's rock solid with a quiet but effective fan.
