hmm what do you mean it didn't have all the subs? and did you download it or stream?

edit: i'm getting the GG subs, they may phrase things a little differently, but from what i've read, it makes sense versus other translations that are trying to be as literal as possible.

from GG:

Quote:
No, we’re not going to use “Scouting Legion” because some manga translator translated it that way. Official translations used “Survey Corps,” but we think “Recon Corps” fit better given the nature of what they do (see opening scene).
and others have said

I believe Commie has it translated to Reconnaissance Legion, so pick your poison.

MAL seems extremely one-sided on gg vs Commie, 111/120 vs. 10/57 respectively as of this post (And nothing on Deadfish.)

But a lot of people on MAL are dumb, so I'm not sure how reliable these things are.

Here is basically everything you need to know about the difference between Commie and GG:

I preferred the phrasing of dialogue in GG over Commie anyway.

And were disgraced to live in these cages called walls (GG translation) vs The ignominious shame of life in Their birdcage (Commie translation)

The ignominious shame indeed.

what i meant was all the sentences people spoke weren't subbed, they missed some speaking throughout the episode. so i chose to watch from where i normally do and it had them all.
