Some pictures from the Firefighter Academy I was in last year.

Live fire training. That was fun


Here's one from an excercise where we had to climb to the top of the ladder, hook in, bend back and yell our academy motto, cross over the top, and climb back down the other side. All the while the ladder and support ropes are only being held by your crew. Now thats trust

I'm the third from the left. A bittersweet day, I graduated from possibly the hardest academic course the Army has and found out I was going to the only duty assignment that would screw my raid attendance.
