Second episode was kind of confusing. What is Zoe trying to do? Although I guess there probably should be a ton of questions 2 episodes into a new series.

Well, Zoe so far seems to act human in both worlds (jacked in/ real world). Adapting to being a robot in the real world while trying to get her friend to help her, as for helping her do what they haven't said much beyond her bascally wanting help being in a vulnerable state, while keeping her secret of actually being there all together.

I'm surpised that her father thinks her avatar was deleted still even after he knows that the robot is one of a kind and can't replicate more copies.

Also surpised that Zoe's mom decided to spew all that jazz in public about the terrorist plot.

I don't know, I can see how her dad doesn't realize it. If I were him I'd expect my daughter to try and let me know that she's in there instead of pretending to be a mindless robot.
